Bu politika, nirvoyun.com internet sitesini ve Nirvoyun oyunlarında kullanılan ortak “Nirvoyun” girişini (Apple, Google ya da Facebook ile giriş) kapsar. Her oyunun ayrıntılı gizlilik politikası ayrıca geçerlidir:

1. Veri sorumlusu ve iletişim

Nirvoyun, Yiğit Yazar tarafından Türkiye'de yürütülen bağımsız bir oyun stüdyosudur. Gizlilikle ilgili her türlü soru ve talep için: nirvoyun@gmail.com

2. Bu internet sitesi

nirvoyun.com yalnızca stüdyoyu ve oyunlarını tanıtır. Sitede üyelik, form, çerez, reklam ya da ziyaretçi analizi aracı yoktur. Sayfaları görüntülemek için tarayıcınızın gönderdiği teknik bilgiler (ör. IP adresi) yalnızca sayfayı size iletmek için kullanılır.

3. Oyunlarımızda Apple, Google ya da Facebook ile giriş

Oyunlarımızı misafir olarak oynayabilirsiniz; giriş sağlayıcısı kullanmak isteğe bağlıdır. Giriş yaptığınızda sağlayıcının penceresinde uygulama adı olarak Nirvoyun görünür, çünkü tüm oyunlarımız aynı geliştirici hesabını kullanır.

Alınan bilgiler: sağlayıcının size verdiği kullanıcı numarası ve hesabınızdaki adınız. Balon Yolu'nda, yalnızca oyundaki “Profil Fotoğrafı İzni” kutusunu işaretlemeniz hâlinde profil fotoğrafınızın adresi de kaydedilir.

Alınmayan bilgiler: e-posta adresiniz istenmez, okunmaz ve saklanmaz. Kişi listesi, arkadaş listesi, doğum tarihi, konum ya da sağlayıcı hesabınızdaki başka bir bilgiye erişilmez; sağlayıcı hesabınızda sizin adınıza hiçbir işlem yapılmaz.

Kullanım amacı: yalnızca hesabınızı tanımak, oturum açmanızı sağlamak, bulut kaydınızı ve satın alımlarınızı hesabınıza bağlamak ve (oyunda gösterilen yerlerde) oyuncu adınızı göstermek.

Google kullanıcı verileri: Google ile girişten alınan bilgilerin kullanımı ve başka bir uygulamaya aktarılması, sınırlı kullanım şartları da dahil olmak üzere Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası'na uygundur. Bu bilgiler satılmaz, reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz, yapay zekâ modeli eğitiminde kullanılmaz ve yukarıdaki amaçlar dışında kimseyle paylaşılmaz.

Saklama ve güvenlik: bilgiler hesabınızı silene kadar saklanır. Bağlantılar şifrelidir (HTTPS) ve sunucularımıza yalnızca yetkili kişiler erişebilir.

4. Hesabınızı silme ve izni geri alma

Oyunun içinden: ayarlardaki Hesabı sil seçeneğiyle (City Control'de Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil). Hesabınız, sağlayıcı bağlantınız, adınız ve bulut kaydınız sunucumuzdan derhâl silinir.
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız nirvoyun@gmail.com adresine yazın; talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir.
Nirvoyun'un hesabınıza erişimini ayrıca Google hesabınızın üçüncü taraf bağlantılarından, Apple Kimliği ayarlarınızdan (Apple ile Giriş Yap kullanan uygulamalar) ya da Facebook'un “Uygulamalar ve internet siteleri” ayarlarından kaldırabilirsiniz.

5. Haklarınız

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve geçerli olduğu yerlerde Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında bilgilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Başvurularınızı nirvoyun@gmail.com adresine gönderebilirsiniz.

6. Çocuklar

Oyunlarımız 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu yaştaki çocuklardan bilerek bilgi toplanmaz.

7. Değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse güncel hâli bu sayfada, yeni tarihiyle yayımlanır.

This policy covers the nirvoyun.com website and the shared “Nirvoyun” sign-in used in Nirvoyun games (Sign in with Apple, Google or Facebook). Each game's detailed privacy policy also applies:

1. Who we are and how to reach us

Nirvoyun is an independent game studio run by Yiğit Yazar in Türkiye. For any privacy question or request: nirvoyun@gmail.com

2. This website

nirvoyun.com only presents the studio and its games. It has no accounts, forms, cookies, ads or visitor analytics. Technical information your browser sends to view the pages (such as your IP address) is used only to deliver the page to you.

3. Signing in to our games with Apple, Google or Facebook

You can play our games as a guest; using a sign-in provider is optional. When you sign in, the provider's window shows Nirvoyun as the app name, because all of our games use the same developer account.

What we receive: the user number the provider gives you and the name on your account. In Balon Yolu, the address of your profile photo is also saved, but only if you tick the “Profile Photo Permission” box in the game.

What we do not receive: your e-mail address is not requested, read or stored. We do not access contacts, friends, birthday, location or any other information in your provider account, and we never act on your behalf in that account.

Why: only to recognise your account, keep you signed in, link your cloud save and purchases to your account and (where the game shows it) display your player name.

Google user data: our use and transfer of information received from Google sign-in adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This information is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to train AI models and not shared with anyone beyond the purposes above.

Retention and security: the information is kept until you delete your account. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS) and only authorised people can access our servers.

4. Deleting your account and revoking access

In the game: with the Delete account option in the settings (in City Control: Settings → Account → Delete account). Your account, provider link, name and cloud save are deleted from our server immediately.
If you cannot open the app, e-mail nirvoyun@gmail.com; your request is completed within 30 days at the latest.
You can also remove Nirvoyun's access in your Google account's third-party connections, in your Apple ID settings (apps using Sign in with Apple) or in Facebook's “Apps and websites” settings.

5. Your rights

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access your information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted and object to its processing. Send requests to nirvoyun@gmail.com.

6. Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children of that age.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the current version is published on this page with its new date.
